Terms and Conditions
Payment To make a booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. The payments are in pounds sterling, and can be made by direct transfer or cheque. We do not accept cards at the present time.
Cancellation A cancellation made up to 8 weeks before will forfeit 10% of the total cost. Between 8 and 4 weeks before departure cancellation will forfeit the deposit, and a cancellation later than 4 weeks before the departure date will be non-refundable. We recommend you have cancellation insurance. If we cancel due to lack of numbers or other unforeseen reason, we will refund you in full.
Insurance We highly recommend that you take out your own personal insurance to cover cancellation and personal accident. Hospital treatment and Mountain rescue can be very expensive in France so it is best to be covered for lost luggage, cancellation or personal accident.
Equipment We are adamant that the best way to enjoy the mountains and make the most of our trip is to be properly equipped. Neither the guides or the company can accept any responsibility for any injuries caused by poor equipment. A full list of recommended items will be sent out after a booking is made.
Medical If you have any medical conditions that may affect your trip, eg asthma, diabetes, heart conditions etc, please ensure your guide knows about it at the beginning of the tour.
Critique We want you to have a wonderful time with us in the Pyrenees.
If there is anything you are not happy about, please do let us know, and we will do our best to rectify it.
